Brave is so much more than the typical yoga studio in Sydney. They're are a group of likeminded and passionate individuals, based in Balmain East, united in our belief that meaningful change in the life of a person is always possible – no matter how big or small.
Their yoga and wellness programs have been built to fund a social enterprise, developed for refugees, providing them with targeted employment and training. They believe they can facilitate their entry into communities as productive citizens. All their training is based in our yoga studio in Balmain East.
